We offer several different classes throughout the week. All classes are FREE to Family Life Center members. See our Family Life Center page for information on how to become a member.

This class involves beginner to intermediate step choreography. It will improve your cardio fitness by keeping your heart rate consistently elevated with easy to follow choreography mixed with optional power intervals.
Increase heart rate while targeting all the major muscle groups using different types of equipment. This class is great for beginners or the more advanced.
You will work out all major muscle groups using different class formats. Weights very so this class will challenge many different fitness levels.
Dance, dance, dance... need we say more? It is so much fun you will forget you are exercising. Class is lead by a Zumba certified instructor.
This is a great cardio and strength workout. Half the class is lead Tabatta style while the other half is running (stairs, indoor track, outdoor track, around the halls...)
Workouts for the beginner and more advanced. You will experience a little bit of everything (strength, cardio, abs). Format of the class varies.
Most of this class will be cardio based, expect an increase in heart rate. Class will end with a great ab workout.
Stretch your body while toning it. Increase joint flexibility to help decrease chance of injuries.
Senior Stretch Class
A FREE class for any senior adult who wants to move, this is the class for you. You will meet new people and move your body. This is not a strenuous class.
