Volunteer Opportunities

MINISTRIES OF HICKORY GROVE

Operation Christmas Child:

Operation Christmas Child delivers the Good News of Jesus to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. During National Collection Week, November 17-24, 2025, we need volunteers to accept boxes being dropped at the church and prepare them to be delivered to the OCC Processing Center.

  • For more information on Operation Christmas Child and to register, click here.

Outreach Teams:

  • Harris Campus members: Our Neighborhood Outreach is a way to share God's love with our community. We'll go out once a month (2nd Sunday) to connect and pray with our neighbors.
      • To sign up for our Neighborhood Outreach program, click here
      • For more information, contact Matt Phipps

    • Mallard Creek Campus members: We invite you to be a part of our Outreach Team! We meet every other Sunday at 5 PM to canvas and evangelize the neighborhoods around our campus.

      Hearts & Hammers:

A ministry of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, seeking to provide home access and mobility for people who are disabled or elderly, primarily in the building of wheelchair ramps and handicap railing installation.
